If we strike rock or any unforeseen obstacles and it requires
Work Done by a specialist, specialised equipment or extra
Labour it would be quoted for and if the client accepts it
would be for the clients account.
The Sauna Steam and Spa Procedure:
We Quote the client on Pool and extra’s as requested
If the client accepts our Quote he/she HAS TO sign the
Quote and either deliver, fax or email it back to our office.
No verbal Agreements will be entered into. The signed
Quote is the Legal agreement between the client and
Sauna Steam and Spa. Next the client receives our Invoice
and Banking Details. Client makes the 50% Deposit and send
Us the Confirmation Slip. After confirmation was received you will be given
Your Installation date and estimated completion date.
25% Payment on delivery of the pool to the site.
Handover (Includes operating instructions and written guarantee) takes
place on day of completion Client to pay the final 25% on that day.
